Another cemetery! This is the last one, I promise. The first thing that struck me about this place was the fact that it was a little newer-looking than the others I'd seen, and the second thing was that all of the graves had German names on them! Turns out this is the "German Cemetery," and the town of Sighisoara had/has a huge German influence, for some reason, even though it's pretty much
dead-center in Romania and not near Germany at all. I don't know, I ain't a historian. Sighisoara even has an alternate German name Schäßburg. Why did Sighisoara get the works? That's nobody's business but the Krauts.
