Here are some examples of my web design and web development work I've done for various freelance clients, the agencies I've worked for full time, and some of my own personal projects.
The sites are arranged into two categories: websites that I designed and built myself, and sites where I acted as the lead developer but the initial designs were done by someone else. All links open in a new window.

Aaron Cromie, Design and Performance
This design was nice and challenging. The client wanted a clean, professional, blocky design, when the style of the photos originally made me want to lean toward curves and interesting textures and organic shapes. I'm really pleased with the combination. I did all the design, code, and Flash animation myself.

This was one of my favorite sites to work on. I did all the design and the original development myself. The site has since been taken over by another developer, so some of the original functionality is no longer in place.

This is a custom template I designed for a LiveJournal community that's been extremely helpful in my moving to France and getting settled here. I did all the design and built the layout using LiveJournal's weird proprietary code.
